The North Shore Clericus continues to sponsor mid-week Lenten Services on the Wednesdays of Lent. These are annual events, which we have enjoyed for many years. The services are at 12 noon.

Each week the service will be held at a different church, which welcomes a guest preacher from one of the other neighboring churches. It is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate this holy season of Lent with our Christian neighbors. Please bring a sandwich. The host church will provide dessert and beverages. (On Good Friday, there will not be a lunch.) Please check the schedule below for locations and guest preachers.

March 11 at St. Anthony’s RC Church, Rocky Point; Guest Preacher: Rev. Bruce Kaifler (Trinity Lutheran)
March 18 at Middle Island Presbyterian Church; Guest Preacher to be determined
March 25 at North Shore UMC; Guest Preacher: Rev. T. J. Turner (Wading River Congregational Church)
Good Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Rocky Point; Guest Preacher: Rev. Jeff Kolbo (Trinity Lutheran Church)

The offerings from the services will go toward supporting Life and Hope Haiti.
